Description
- AGK closed-type drive units are ready-to-install drive axes consisting of ball screw assemblies, nut housings, and pillow blocks, as well as an aluminum protective profile with cover strip as an enclosure
- Three coordinated sizes in any length up to Lmax.
- The Rexroth Ball Screw Assembly is optimally protected by the protective profile with steel or polyurethane sealing strip
- Driven by backlash-free, pre-tensioned ball screw assembly in rolled design in accordance with DIN 69051 in the tolerance grade T5 or T7:
- High traversing speeds thanks to large leads with simultaneously high precision over long lengths

Product description
The AGK Drive Unit is equipped with a housing and sealing strip. Traveling screw supports optionally allow for maximum speeds, even at large strokes. With the AGK Drive Units, economical drive solutions with very low construction and production effort and short delivery times can be realized. All the expectations of maximum speed, protection against environmental influences, and operational safety are optimally provided for in a single unit.

- The screw support is designed for horizontal operation only

The switch activator is a magnet that is integrated in the nut housing (no switching angle needed).
The switching positions can be freely adjusted via the stroke.
Version
- Hall sensor (PNP-NC contact) or
- Reed sensor (changeover)
Instruction for mounting
- Insert the sensor (1) with set screw (2) outwards in the upper T-slot of the housing.
- Set the switching point and fix the sensor with set screw (2).
- Press the signal line (3) into the upper or lower cable line of the T-slot, thereby fixing it.

Mounting orientation
Depending on the requirements, different arrangements of the socket and plug are possible.
Attach socket to the AGK protective profile
- AGK-020:
Insert the socket into the lower T-slot on the protective profile and fix it with two set screws.
- AGK-032, AGK-040:
Insert the socket into the upper T-slot on the protective profile and fix it with two set screws.
