- Top rigidity in all load directions
- Improved rigidity under lift-off and side loading conditions due to three additional mounting screw holes at the center of the roller runner block
- High torque capacity
- Limitless interchangeability and any number of combination options thanks to uniform roller guide rails in different versions across all roller runner block variants
Features
- Attachments on the roller runner block can be mounted from above and below
- Lube ports on all sides for maximum ease of maintenance
- Minimum lubrication quantities thanks to innovative channel design
- Smooth running thanks to optimized roller recirculation and guidance
- Optimized entry-section geometry and high number of rollers per track minimizes variation in elastic deflection
- Aluminum or plastic end caps
Product description
Heavy-duty roller runner blocks are particularly suitable for heavy machine construction with very high carrying capacity- and rigidity requirements.
RSHP roller runner blocks are suitable for all typical applications as well as for special installation-, environmental- and operating conditions, so that additional special designs are not necessary.

Accuracy classes
Definition of preload class
The preload class is the pre-tensioning force Fpr based on the dynamic load rating C of the particular roller runner block.
Selection of the preload class
| Code | Application area |
| C1 | Special version on request |
| C4 | |
| C5 | |
| C2 | For precise guide systems with both high external loading and high demands on overall rigidity;also recommended for single rail systems. |
| Above average moment loads can be absorbed without significant elastic deflection. | |
| Further improved overall rigidity with only medium moment loads. | |
| C3 | For highly rigid guide systems such as precision machine tools, etc. |
| Above average loads and moments can be absorbed with the least possible elastic deflection. | |
| Roller runner blocks with preload C3 available in accuracy classes P, SP (GP) and UP only. |
Recommended combination based on preload and accuracy class
Recommendation for preload C2: Accuracy classes H and P
Recommendation for preload C3: Accuracy classes P, SP, GP and UP
Combination of hard chrome plated Roller Runner Block with hard chrome plated Roller Guide Rails
Upon combination of hard chrome plated Roller Runner Blocks with preload C2 or C3 and hard chrome plated Roller Guide Rails, the preload increases by approx. half a preload class.
